Anesthesia consultant

My strong medical knowledge in one of the leading medical school in France and a hard work during my residency in Anesthesia and Intensive care unit made me built basics that I daily use for the team I work with and obviously all my patients in the operating room and during consultations.

Intensive care team leader

I used a lot of leadership and followership skills during 8 years of day and night shift in neuro-intensive care unit. I tried my best to support the staff I was in charge off, the patients I was responsible off and their family.

Pain managment

International Simulation Instructor

Trained in Paris Descartes (2013-2014) and within the EuSim international program in 2015, I learn how to run a simulation program especially how to master debriefing. I have completed more than 500 courses as facilitator, more than 400 debriefings.

Train the trainer in Simulation

Since 2016, I has been natural for me to teach the subtility of simulation to other collegues firstly in my institution and then more broadly. I became international faculty member in the EuSim program and with many international companies and organizations (CAE Healthcare, Laerdal). More than 150 debriefing of debiefings after it is still a great pleasure to help the community of simulationists.
